Classical values, modern solutions
Higher performance requires behavior change
Achieving high performance requires changes in human behavior.
That type of change is often the most difficult challenge any leader faces, whether personally or organizationally.
The payoff can be huge … but is not achieved without some effort. Do not be misled by claims of overnight transformation in behavior. There may be momentary change through typical training, speakers, and the like, but sustainable change that makes a real difference takes real work and some time.
We will not sell you a “get change quick” dream or gloss over what you need to hear.
We help from a foundation of proven principles tailored for modern environments. We constantly research, experiment, and then adjust and refine our work based on what works and what does not work, without violating the foundations of human behavior or respect for people.

About “Institute”
The word“Institute” was selected intentionally, but not in the sense of an “ivory tower” and stacks of dusty tomes of arcane knowledge.
From the Online Etymology Dictionary https://www.etymonline.com/word/institute):
“From 1540s in English as“an established law.” The sense of“an organization or society devoted to some specific work,”especially literary or scientific, is from 1828, from French use in Institut national des Sciences et des Arts (established 1795); Dutch instituut, German Institut also are from French. The specialized (mostly U.S.) sense“traveling academy for teachers in a district”is from 1839.“
Like other institutes, admission is not automatic. Our selection process is designed to both help you be ready for success and for us to know we can help you succeed. Neither you picking just anyone to advise you nor us taking on any client is helpful to you or us in the long run …
